The Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) are going on a national roadshow across Australia and will be stopping in Dubbo on 1 November 2019.

AFCA is offering the public free Financial Fairness Checks and talking about how they can help with your financial complaints. If you have had a problem with a financial product or service but don’t know whether to lodge a complaint, join them to speak to their friendly AFCA complaints expert.
