Public Consultation: Review of WHS (Mines & Petroleum Sites) Laws

Have your say about the Work Health and Safety (Mines and Petroleum Sites) Laws at our public consultation in Dubbo.

The NSW Resources Regulator is facilitating a concurrent review of the Work Health and Safety (Mines and Petroleum Sites) Act 2013 and Work Health and Safety (Mines and Petroleum Sites) Regulation 2014 during 2020.

The public consultation process, open from 1 March 2020 until 17 April 2020, will provide opportunities for interested stakeholders and individuals to provide feedback. Public forums are being held throughout NSW and there are other opportunities to provide feedback via their website.

This free half-day forum will be facilitated by an independent reviewer and will provide an opportunity for open discussion of issues and feedback. A light lunch will be provided for registered attendees.
