A newly appointed committee member, Jeffery Caldbeck is a Dubbo resident having served in the Royal Australian Navy, worked as a NSW ambulance paramedic and as a regional emergency services manager.
He also has vast experience as a financial manager in Australia, Singapore, and Malaysia; project management in Australia and Malaysia; and as a sales and marketing manager in Australia and the USA.
He currently runs two not for profit organisations which provide rural financial counselling services across a large portion of rural NSW.
He is also a director of Dubbo RSL Memorial Club, a board member at Charles Sturt University and a committee member of Legacy Dubbo.
Through his broad experience, Jeffery has a thorough understanding of government operations, including ministerial roles, agency functions and central agency responsibilities.
