NEW POLICE TRAINING CENTRE IN DUBBO

Crime fighters across the Western Region will soon have a new local training facility thanks to a $35 million investment from the NSW Government.

The state-of-the-art training facility will provide police officers with the necessary training to maintain high standards, and develop into new career paths in the Police Force.

For regional cops who often travel to Sydney or Goulburn for training, this is welcomed news.

It's not just a win for Dubbo but the entire Orana region, this facility will ensure that cops based in the bush can receive the ongoing training they require while spending less time travelling and more time where they're needed most.
