CONTRACT SIGNED FOR NEW REGIONAL RAIL FLEET

A contract has been signed for the $2.8 billion project to design, build and maintain the new regional rail fleet based in the Orana region. $6 MILLION IN VITAL ROAD SAFETY UPGRADES

The State Government this week announced $6 million in vital road safety upgrades in the Orana region as part of the latest round of the Government’s Saving Lives on Country Roads and Liveable and Safe Urban Communities initiative. BOURKE’S NEW ABATTOIR OPENS

Bourke’s abattoir is open and aims to have 100 people employed by the end of January.
