Regional Development Australia Orana Director Megan Dixon was pleased to support the launch of Western NSW Health District recruitment marketing strategy launch on July 23rd.s

Mrs Dixon said, "Here at RDA Orana one of our key pillars is workforce development, which is why we developed our annual Orana@Work series, this year it focused on recruitment marketing with American expert Tracey Parsons,"

"The Masterclass was to assist with talent attraction and was an opportunity for businesses to learn new and innovative recruitment techniques to attract the employees they need for growth and prosperity,"

"It is fantastic to see that the Western Health District team could apply some of the knowledge Tracey passed on at the masterclass, to deliver a refined recruitment marketing campaign that will attract skilled workers to our wonderful region,"

The Western NSW Local Health District launched a micro-website with the strategy, which will be proactively used in recruitment for vacant and hard to fill positions in Dubbo across medical, nursing and midwifery, administration, allied health and patient support services.
