Here at RDA Orana we love to celebrate the successes and triumphs of the Orana and the fantastic 13,471 business in the region.

Following on from our Orana Mining, Energy & Transport Forum during the day, the dinner will be a fantastic networking opportunity to make connections not only with leaders in the MET sector but also local members Mark Coulton Member for Parkes, Andrew Gee Member for Calare and Dugald Saunders Member for Dubbo, plus industry, business leaders and local success stories.

Since 2003 he has said that the rise of the Asian middle classes is the most significant and defining economic phenomenon of our lifetime and that the world’s centre of economic gravity shifts inexorably to the east.

The new economic reality is not, however, just a story about China. We must also acknowledge the remarkable changes taking place in India, Indonesia, Vietnam and many other nations in Asia.

Then we need to discuss the new political reality of populism and economic nationalism and how this may impact the global economy in the years ahead. It’s not just all about Trump!

And finally he’ll bring you home to discuss Australia’s economic outlook.
