Justine Campbell


Justine brings more than 20 years’ experience as a chairperson, board member and non-executive director of for-profit, not-for-profit and government organisations. She provides strategic leadership, governance and industry experience, guiding organisations towards success.

Ms Campbell grew up on the familys mixed farming property in the small town of Baradine in NSW, where she developed her passion for regional Australia and is also well known throughout the region for her role as Chair and Co-founder of the acclaimed Moorambilla Voices.

Justine is a strategic, creative thinker and problem solver, she specialises in creating business opportunities, business development and delivering projects with a place based, people centred approach.With a strong track record of working effectively with multiple stakeholders,maintaining beneficial partnerships, Justine fosters meaningful engagement, understanding and inclusion, working across not-for-profit, corporate, commercial and government.

She is driven to make a difference economically, socially and environmentally in regional communities, by leading and developing innovative, strategically directed projects that bring people together to create new opportunities.

Justine is the Chair and Co Founder of Moorambilla Voices, and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Institute of Community Directors Australia, Women on Boards and Philanthropy Australia.
