Ross Earl


Ross had 35 years of experience in Local Government and joined the Board when he was the general manager of Bourke Shire Council. During his career, he has held senior management roles including Shire Clerk and Finance and Administration Director.

He has a strong understanding of governance and has been involved in the management of Worker’s compensation premiums, injury management, and installation of Occupation Health and Safety systems.

He has also built sound relationships with both State and Federal Members.

Ross has previously held executive positions in football and basketball clubs, P&C and preschool groups, including as sponsorship coordinator for the Central West Australia Football League and as president of Bourke Rotary,

He is semi-retired, serving as the Executive Officer of the Far West Organisation of Councils and often taking on locum roles as GM in various local government.
